YES! We are 100% legal, ethical, and moral. We are Bonded and Registered as a Credit Services Organization. We are consumer advocates and this organization was started to help people like you. We pride ourselves on having zero complaints and zero lawsuits.
Yes, in order to provide you with the highest level of service we request that you furnish your credit reports from the three major credit reporting agencies, Equifax, Experian and TransUnion. For your convenience we will accept credit reports from any other credit reporting agency of your choice.
Our first step is to audit the credit bureaus and creditors using The Fair Credit Reporting Act and The Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. We also use Strict Verification By-Laws where we hand write letters to the credit bureaus and creditors and also some of the letters have to be typed. Then we utilize Unpublished Guidelines, Regulations and our innovative techniques to remove the questionable negative and derogatory items.
NO! The methods that we use are different from the majority of our competitors. Most other credit repair companies and law firms only send out dispute letters to the credit bureaus. We send dispute letters directly to your creditors and to the credit bureaus.
It is against the law to guarantee the time it takes to repair credit. However, it's also against the law to not state an “average” time that it will take. Our “Average” time frame of completion is 5-6 months. We have a number of files every month that are completed within 30-45 days from the time we receive the original credit reports but those results are not typical.
It is against the law to promise or guarantee a credit score increase so we are very careful on answering this question. Even though we don't and can't promise a credit score increase, we do have files everyday that show increases anywhere from 50 points all the way to 300 points and higher. All positive and “Good Standing” items will remain on your credit file.
Listed are just a few advantages of having good credit. This entire country is going to nothing but credit. What does this mean to you? Very soon, in order to get anything you are going to need good credit. It has gotten so serious at this point that people are actually losing their jobs that they have had for 20 years just because their credit is bad. If you work for certain departments for the government you must maintain a good credit rating or you are considered high risk which is grounds for potential termination.
In a recent survey it was said that “consumers with a bad credit score vs. consumers with a good credit score will end up paying over $12,000.00 more per year in interest.”
